This allows one to analyze how disturbance and management influence the carbon
stores and flows of a forest landscape. By landscape level we mean an area of ground
that has a mixed disturbance and land-use history. When running the calculator in this
mode the net impact of multiple simultaneous actions can be assessed. Disturbance and land-use
regimes may also be defined separately.
